Broccoli Slaw

A tasty, colorful, and easy-to-prepare summer salad: favorite
recipe of Sandi Dooley, a loyal DLM shopper.
Ingredients:
- (1) 12-oz pkg broccoli slaw
- 4 oz dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion, red onion, or scallions
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic or more, to taste
- 1/4 cup Marzetti slaw dressing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
Directions:
Combine slaw, cranberries, onion, and garlic. Before serving, add the Marzetti
dressing and the salt and pepper. Top with peanuts.
Makes 6 servings
