Fish Steaks With Lemon-Oregano Sauce

Use a firm-fleshed fish such as tuna, swordfish, or shark
for this quick & easy, absolutely delicious preparation!
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 lbs fish steaks, sliced 1/2" thick
Directions:
Using a whisk, combine the salt and lemon juice in a small bowl until the
salt is dissolved. Add the oregano. Whisk in the olive oil in a slow, steady
stream. Add pepper to taste.
Reserve 1/2 of the sauce and marinate steaks 15 to 30 minutes in the remainder.
Grill steaks about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side. (The surface will not
brown.) Do not overcook. Place the steaks on a warm platter, and top with
the reserved sauce.
