Broiled Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients:
- 1 lb mahi-mahi fillets
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 drops hot pepper sauce (Tabasco), if desired
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan; heat slowly
until butter is melted. Place fillets on the broiler pan; brush with sauce.
Broil about 4 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn carefully and brush
with more sauce. Broil until done. Season as desired.
Makes 4 (3-oz) servings
Per 3-oz serving: 130 calories (25% calories from fat); 4g total fat; 2g
