Goat Cheese Tartlets

Ingredients:
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 pkgs Athens Mini Fillo Dough Shells (30 shells)
- 4 Tbsp Red Pepper and Ancho Chili Jam
Directions:
Combine goat cheese with half of the cream. Add more cream, if necessary,
until the mixture is smooth.
Divide the goat cheese among the fillo dough shells, and top with a small
amount of the jam.
Bake in a 250º F oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until cheese is warm and softened.
Makes 30 tartlets
