Tomatoes with Fresh Mozzarella
Ingredients:
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Vera Jane's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- Aunt Angie's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- Fresh basil, cut into ribbons
- Coarse salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Alternate tomatoes with fresh mozzarella on serving platter. Drizzle a generous
amount of olive oil over all. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar. Top with fresh
basil, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
