Curried Apricot Mayonnaise

Try this easy spread on a turkey or chicken sandwich. It’s
outstanding!
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
Directions:
Mix ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. (can be prepared up to
2 days ahead) Cover and refrigerate.
Makes 1¾ cups
