Zesty Hamburgers

Adapted from Outdoor Cooking, Williams-Sonoma Kitchen Library

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Coleman Natural Beef™ ground chuck
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

In a medium-size bowl, gently combine all the above ingredients. Divide the meat into 4 portions, and gently press into patties. Grill until the internal temperature of 160º–165º F. Serve on a toasted bun with your favorite condiments.
