Ingredients:
- 1 lb Coleman Natural Beef™ ground chuck
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
In a medium-size bowl, gently combine all the above ingredients. Divide the
meat into 4 portions, and gently press into patties. Grill until the internal
temperature of 160º–165º F. Serve on a toasted bun with your favorite condiments.
