Brie & Cranberry Pizza

Adapted from the 38th Pillsbury Bake-Off® Contest cookbook,
1998
Ingredients:
- (1) 12-inch Boboli crust
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3/4 cup canned whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º F. Brush Boboli with olive oil. Spread cubes of cheese
on the crust.
Place cranberry sauce in a small bowl; stir to break up pieces. Spoon sauce
by teaspoonfuls evenly over cheese; spinkle with pecans.
Bake 8 minutes. Cut into wedges.
Makes 16 wedges

3.3g saturated fat; 14mg cholesterol; 92mg sodium; 18g total carbohydrates;
