Ingredients:
- (1) 12-inch Boboli crust
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 oz goat cheese (plain or flavored)
- 6–8 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 4 Tbsp shredded fresh basil leaves
- Kosher salt
- 4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º F. Spread Boboli with mustard. Arrange tomatoes on top
of pizza crust; season with salt and pepper. Crumble goat cheese on top of
tomatoes. Sprinkle basil and drizzle olive oil over all. Bake at 500º F for
approximately 7 minutes. Slice into wedges.
