Pizza Provençal

Ingredients:

  • (1) 12-inch Boboli crust
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 oz goat cheese (plain or flavored)
  • 6–8 Roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp shredded fresh basil leaves
  • Kosher salt
  • 4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500º F. Spread Boboli with mustard. Arrange tomatoes on top of pizza crust; season with salt and pepper. Crumble goat cheese on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle basil and drizzle olive oil over all. Bake at 500º F for approximately 7 minutes. Slice into wedges.
