Mascarpone Fruit Dip

Ingredients:
- (1) 8-oz container mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat mascarpone cheese until creamy. Add the whipping cream;
slowly beat until light. Add the sugar and beat until well mixed. Serve with
strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, or mandarin oranges.
Makes about 2 cups
