Skillet Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Coleman Natural Beef® ground chuck
  • 1 cup chunky spaghetti sauce
  • 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 2–3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil

Directions:

Gently combine Coleman ground chuck with bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Press lightly into a 9-inch skillet, spreading the mixture along bottom and sides to form a crust. Pour sauce over meat, sprinkle with oregano, and top with cheese.

Cover and cook over medium-low heat 14–16 minutes or until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Temperature should reach 160º F. Drain fat, if necessary. Sprinkle with fresh basil and cut into wedges.
