Quick Beef BBQ

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Coleman Natural Beef™ ground chuck
  • 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

In a medium skillet, brown meat until thoroughly cooked (no pink color remains). Add vegetables. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, and pour over beef. Cover and simmer slowly for approximately 20–25 minutes. Serve on a toasted hamburger bun.
