Ingredients:
- 1 lb Coleman Natural Beef™ ground chuck
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 large onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
In a medium skillet, brown meat until thoroughly cooked (no pink color remains).
Add vegetables. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, and pour over
beef. Cover and simmer slowly for approximately 20–25 minutes. Serve on a
toasted hamburger bun.
