Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp oriental sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 lb Coleman Natural Beef® Tri Tip, cut into thin strips
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups bean sprouts, optional
- 3/4 tsp lemon zest
Directions:
Combine in a small bowl the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and lemon
zest.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot,
add the beef and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the soy sauce mixture, and stir-fry
30 seconds longer. Stir in the romaine and bean sprouts, if desired, until
the beef is barely cooked and the vegetables have just wilted. Remove the
skillet from the heat, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve the stir-fried beef with rice. Add a fresh fruit dessert to complete
the meal.
