Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Coleman Natural Beef™ ground chuck
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1˝ cups finely chopped portobella mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp dry breadcrumbs
- Marinara sauce (optional)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan or asiago cheese
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix thoroughly but gently. Shape into
four 1/2-inch-thick patties. Grill to the internal temperature of 160° F (about
5 minutes per side). Serve on hamburger buns topped with 2 tablespoons marinara
sauce, if desired.
