Mexican Burgers

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Coleman Natural Beef™ ground chuck
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup seeded and chopped plum tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder
- Sour cream (optional)
- 2 tsp seeded and minced jalapeño pepper
Directions:
Combine the above ingredients and mix lightly. Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick
patties. Grill to the internal temperature of 160° F (about 5 minutes per
side). Serve in hamburger buns with grilled sweet onions, lettuce, tomato,
and sour cream, if desired.
