Mexicali Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
- 1 envelope (4 Tbsp) taco seasoning
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Salsa, optional
Directions:
Rub pork chops on both sides with taco seasoning. Heat non-stick skillet
or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush pan with oil. Reduce heat to medium,
and cook pork chops for 6 – 8 minutes, turning once, until evenly browned.
Top with salsa, if desired, and serve.
