Horseradish Cream Sauce

A delicious accompaniment for beef or corned beef.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Pinch of sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish, drained
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Combine the mayonnaise, horseradish,
and mustard in another bowl. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the whipped cream.
Add the sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well, and transfer to a serving bowl.
Makes about 2 cups
