Lemon-Thyme Pork Marinade

Enough for 1 pound of pork.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1Tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine juice, zest, thyme, onion, salt, and pepper. Whisk
in oil.
Makes 1 1/4 cups
