Lemon-Thyme Pork Marinade

Enough for 1 pound of pork.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine juice, zest, thyme, onion, salt, and pepper. Whisk in oil.

Makes 1 1/4 cups
