Oriental Tilapia

This is also a delicious marinade for chicken breasts!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1¼ lbs tilapia
- 2 Tbsp chopped scallions
Directions:
Combine ingredients for marinade. Marinate tilapia for 10 minutes. Remove
fish from marinade, and grill until flesh is opaque. (If using chicken, bake
at 350° F, or grill until thoroughly cooked). Top with scallions.
Makes 4 servings
