Oriental Tilapia

This is also a delicious marinade for chicken breasts!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1¼ lbs tilapia
  • 2 Tbsp chopped scallions

Directions:

Combine ingredients for marinade. Marinate tilapia for 10 minutes. Remove fish from marinade, and grill until flesh is opaque. (If using chicken, bake at 350° F, or grill until thoroughly cooked). Top with scallions.

Makes 4 servings
