Maple Mustard Salad Dressing

From DLM's School of Cooking class, Barbara Lauterbach's
New England — Now and Then. A quick salad dressing with a surprise
ingredient!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Pommery mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salad greens, washed
Directions:
Whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic, shallot, pepper, mustards, syrup
and salt to taste. Toss with salad greens just before serving.
