Peppered Pork Tenderloin

A speedy recipe -- prepare in about half an hour!
Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins (approx. 1-1.5 lb)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush tenderloins with olive oil. Combine
pepper, thyme, salt, garlic salt and sugar in a small bowl. Press herb mixture
onto sides of meat. Place on a rack in a 9 x 13 pan and roast approximately
20-25 minutes or until 160 degrees F. Slice in 1/2-inch slices and serve.
Makes 3-4 Servings
