Cranberry Orange Salad

Ingredients:
- 12-oz pkg fresh cranberries
- (1) 4-serving size pkg cherry Jell-O
- 1 cup water
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions:
Cook cranberries, sugar, and water together until cranberries pop, about
12 – 15 minutes. Set aside and mash with potato masher. Add Jell-O, mandarin
oranges, and nuts. Pour into dish or mold, and refrigerate to set.
Makes 12 (4.2-oz) servings
