Deviled Halibut Steak

Also excellent with shark or swordfish.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 Halibut steaks (about 1 lb)
- 1 lemon, quartered
- parsley to garnish
Directions:
Preheat broiler or grill. Mix mustard, oil, chili sauce, horseradish, salt,
and garlic in small bowl. Place halibut steaks in one layer in greased baking
pan. Evenly spread half of mustard mixture over steaks. Broil or grill 5 minutes.
Turn steaks. Evenly spread remaining mustard mixture over steaks. Broil or
grill another 5 minutes. Remove to serving platter. Garnish with parsley and
lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
