Beef Barbecue
A barbecue with a zesty sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lb Coleman Natural Beef™ Boneless Chuck Roast,
cut into 6 pieces
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Place pieces of chuck roast in a Dutch oven or large covered
pan. Add onions and celery. In a separate bowl, combine remaining
ingredients, mix well, and pour over beef and vegetables.
Bake covered, at 350 degrees F. for 3 hours. Shred the meat
with a fork. Serve on warm hamburger buns.
