Raspberry Vinaigrette

The best quality ingredients make the best salad dressing.
Toss room temperature vinaigrette with salad greens just before serving, and
use sparingly. Store unused vinaigrette tightly covered in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp salt, preferably Kosher (coarse salt)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil, preferably extra virgin
Directions:
Mash salt and garlic together; stir in vinegar. Whisk in olive oil.
Makes 3/4 cup
