Apple Orange Slaw

A winning recipe from DLM's Healthy Alternative Recipe Contest,
1992. Submitted by Nancy Strange.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1 10.25-oz can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 medium-sized Red Delicious apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions:
Place cabbage, mandarin oranges and apple in a medium bowl and toss gently
to mix. Combine yogurt and brown sugar and stir. Pour into cabbage mixture
and mix well.
Makes 4 servings
