Light Fruit Waldorf

Low-fat and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1 small Red Delicious apple
- 1 small Granny Smith apple
- 8 green seedless grapes, cut in half
- 9 red seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dried sweet cherries, cut in quarters, optional
- 1-8 oz. peach or lemon yogurt
Directions:
Combine apples, grapes, celery, pecans and cherries. Toss with yogurt.
Note: To prepare in advance, combine grapes, celery, pecans and cherries.
Add apples and yogurt up to 4 hours before serving. 6-8 servings.
