Light Fruit Waldorf

Low-fat and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 small Red Delicious apple
  • 1 small Granny Smith apple
  • 8 green seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 9 red seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried sweet cherries, cut in quarters, optional
  • 1-8 oz. peach or lemon yogurt

Directions:

Combine apples, grapes, celery, pecans and cherries. Toss with yogurt.

Note: To prepare in advance, combine grapes, celery, pecans and cherries. Add apples and yogurt up to 4 hours before serving. 6-8 servings.
