Strawberries with Lemon

Dressing strawberries with lemon juice is an old Italian
trick that brings out the flavor of the strawberries without adding a lemony
flavor to the dish.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, halved or quartered
Directions:
Combine zest, juice and sugar in a medium bowl. Add strawberries; toss to
coat. Let stand for up to 2 hours before serving.
