Chocolate Fondue

An easy do-it-yourself dessert!
Ingredients:
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk or heavy cream
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a heavy saucepan over low heat until smooth. Keep
warm in a fondue pot. Dip pieces of fruit (mandarin oranges, strawberries,
maraschino cherries, chunks of pineapple, bananas, wedges of apples and pears)
or squares of day-old angel food cake or pound cake into warmed chocolate
mixture.
For a less intense chocolate flavor, add 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows when
melting the chocolate pieces.
Makes 1.25 cups
