Walnut Oil Vinaigrette

The best quality ingredients make the best salad dressing.
Toss room temperature vinaigrette with salad greens just before serving, and
use sparingly. Store unused vinaigrette tightly covered in the refrigerator.
- Ingredients:
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp honey
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup walnut oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl combine mustard, honey and garlic; stir in vinegar. Gradually
whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes 1.25 cup
