Basic Vinaigrette

The best quality ingredients make the best salad dressing.
Toss room temperature vinaigrette with salad greens just before serving, and
use sparingly. Store unused vinaigrette tightly covered in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 3 Tbsp wine or fruit vinegar
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Mash garlic and salt together in a small bowl. Add vinegar. Whisk in oil.
Makes 3/4 cup
