Mexican Boboli

Use this recipe as a starting point and make ingredient
additions or deletions according to personal preference to create your own
signature Boboli.
Ingredients:
- 2 8" Boboli crusts
- 1 12-oz jar picante sauce
- 1 16-oz can refried beans
- 1 bunch scallions (green onions) chopped, optional
- 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced ripe olives (optional)
- 1 8-oz pkg shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spoon half of the picante sauce on boboli crusts;
top with refried beans, onions and olives. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon remaining
picante sauce over all. Bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and boboli
is heated through. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
