Pork and Sauerkraut
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium red potato, peeled and grated
- 1 medium tart apple, peeled and grated
- 1 medium onion, peeled and grated
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 4 lbs du Breton Natural Pork ribs, pork chops, or pork
sausage
Directions:
Combine sauerkraut, potato, apple, onion, and caraway seeds.
Place in an ovenproof casserole; top with ribs, chops, or
sausage. Bake at 325°F, uncovered, for 1½ hours.
