Hot Cranberry Punch

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed tightly
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 quart cranberry juice cocktail
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, water, spices, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add cranberry
and pineapple juices; return to a boil. This punch can be served immediately,
kept warm on simmer, or reheated to serve later.
