Fish Steaks with Thyme

Try this recipe with tuna, shark, or swordfish steaks.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 pound fish steak (1" thick)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, preferably extra virgin
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves (1 tsp dried thyme can be substituted)
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 additional Tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Brush the fish steak with 3 tablespoons olive oil, thyme leaves, and freshly
ground pepper. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour before
grilling.
Heat the grill. Place steak on grill. Cook 7 minutes total, turning steak
after 3 minutes. Remove from grill and drizzle additional olive oil over the
top.
