Pecan Brown Sugar Shortbread

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1.25 cups finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Place ingredients in the work bowl of a food
processor fitted with the steel blade. Pulse on and off until the mixture
resembles coarse meal. Pat dough into an ungreased 9-inch square pan. Bake
at 300 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until shortbread is lightly browned. Cut
into squares while still warm.
