Grilled Swordfish with Pesto Butter

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs swordfish steaks, cut 3/4-inch to 1-inch thick
- Olive oil
- Freshly ground pepper
- Pesto Butter - Click for recipe
Directions:
Preheat grill or broiler. Brush fish with olive oil; season lightly with
freshly ground pepper. Grill or broil fish for 10 minutes per inch of thickness
or until done, turning once. Serve with pesto butter.
Makes 4-6 servings
