Broiled Bluefish

Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- Dijon mustard
- Fillets of bluefish
Directions:
Mix equal amounts of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, and spread on both sides
of the fish fillets. Broil in a preheated broiler close to the heat source
for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is opaque and flakes when
tested with a fork. Other fish fillets or steaks can be substituted for the
bluefish.
