Boboli with Dried Tomatoes and Cheese

Boboli, a pre-baked cheese crust, is the base for this delicious
easy hors d'oeuvre.
Ingredients:
- 1 - 4 oz Boboli crust
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6-8 halves dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, preferably freshly grated
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place Boboli crust in an oven proof dish and sprinkle
with tomatoes and garlic. Top with cheeses. Bake 5-8 minutes or until cheese
is melted and bubbly. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
