Ed Flohre started in 1969 as a carryout in Oakwood. At one point during his career at Dorothy Lane Market his title was Manager of Dairy, Specialty Cheese, Specialty Coffees, Fancy Food, Gift Baskets, Beer, and Wine! He has been a Store Director at all three stores. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Wright State University.

Drew Post has been a member of the DLM family for over 17 years. He started his career as a carryout before becoming the Washington Square Meat Department Manager. It was there that he learned that the quality of food is of the greatest importance when it comes to satisfying our customers. Now as the Assistant Store Director at Springboro, his goal is to educate his customers about what makes DLM stand above the rest. He also makes it his aim to teach his three children the great principles he has learned from DLM over the years.
