Complaints of a musty or mildew odor is due to trace amounts of a chemical called 2,4,6-tribromoanisole (TBA) in the wooden pallets. These items should have been included in the McNeil recall in January, 2010 but were inadvertently omitted by McNeil.
Voluntary Recall- This does not pose a health or illness risk.
