Recipe of the Week: Duck Confit and Pear Salad
Grimaud Farms Duck Confit is made in the time-honored method of slow simmering seasoned Muscovy duck in its own fat, to make it moist and tender. This traditional French method of cooking duck produces a very tender, richly flavored dish. Bringing that gourmet experience at home is just as easy as dressing a mixed green salad with a walnut vinaigrette and topping it with thin slices of smoked duck breast, or serving Duck Confit and Pear Salad.

New! Sinfully Gluten-Free of Miamisburg
The Zook family of Miamisburg, Ohio could not find acceptable alternatives for their gluten-free diet. After trying many disappointing pre-made baked goods and mixes, they felt there had to be something better. So they developed their own line of handcrafted creations that taste like they are fresh from a wheat-based bakery. Their goal is to offer baked treats that make you forget you are eating a gluten-free diet. The bread is made with a millet and flax seed-based flour, and slices and tastes like it was made with wheat flour. The Pecan Crescent is a delicious pecan sandie type cookie dipped in smooth Dagoba organic milk chocolate. Friends and family alike will enjoy these products from Sinfully Gluten-Free!
