Our DLM homemade refrigerated pizzas from the Deli have been selling better then we ever thought they would. What’s the secret? Instead of buying dough for the base from an outside supplier (believe me – we tried – and some of what we tried tasted like cardboard!) we went back to the drawing board – the Bakery that is – and developed our own.

I visited your store for the first time last night. I was impressed. So impressed that I blogged about you today.

Hi Norman,
I’ve started buying the large ball of pizza dough to bake my own calzones on a pizza stone in my home oven. After I pick up the fresh dough in the deli department, I select the fillings right out of the DLM salad bar and assemble this treat at home. I find that the finished product is much like the finest crust I’ve ever been served. Right out of Brooklyn, or Mystic, Ct. Thanks for bringing this to Springboro!

We love making homemade pizzas as a family, and wondered if you’d ever sell the dough? It would cut a lot of corners for someone like me. Of course, as with everything at DLM, we love the store and products you sell.
