Local Vendors DLM Homestyle Turkey Gravy will be sampled by the Washington Square Meat department. You asked for a gluten free version and this delicious gravy is here just in time for the holidays!
Great local bakeries Eban Bakery from Columbus, Tina’s Sweet Treats from Franklin, and The Brown and Blond Bakery from Marysville will be at Celebrate Gluten Free this Saturday.
A new business, T-Willy’s Yogurt Emporium, is located in the Washington Square Shopping Center. While you are at Celebrate, be sure you walk over and explore their gluten-free toppings.
Our final local business is also new to DLM. Weavérde was inspired by authentic Mexican Jalapeno salsa made by coworkers of their son. Ken and Vicki worked two years to perfect this salsa.
Returning Vendors Against the Grain Pizza was voted best "Frozen Pizza" by Club members.
Ask Beeler’s Pure Pork owner Julie about her pampered pigs. Her sausage is delicious and she tells great stories about the Beeler family business.
Stop at San-J's table and taste the Mongolian Stir Fry and Orange Sauces.
Try a new taste as Saffron Road Foods will be simmering chicken in Thai-style Lemongrass Basil Sauce.
The Spicy Greek will be sautéing vegetables, meat, or fish making magic with their Seasonings of Salonica.
The most luscious organic dried fruit comes from Made In Nature and they will be distributing small sample bags of raisins, apricots, or apples.
Great snacks from Snikiddy-Snacks and Seapoint Farms will be in small sample packs. I am a big fan of the 100-calorie snack packs from Seapoint since they have 70% less fat and 40% more protein than peanuts.
From the fresh and frozen sections of our Meat department: Applegate will have samples, too.
Find New Chapter in our Healthy Living department as they will have supplement samples that are certified both organic and Non-GMO.
New Vendors The Texas Tamale Company will be serving authentic, corn husk-wrapped masa with different fillings–don’t miss this.
New to Celebrate, but long-time members of the gluten-free community, Udi’s Gluten Free and Glutino’s will be serving their famous baked goods.
Moon Rabbit Foods couldn’t make the trip from North Carolina, so they are sending Oatmeal Cookies, Cinnamon Pie Bites, and Brownies made from their yummy mixes for a tasting dome.
Also in a tasting dome will be Canyon Bakehouse, a new addition to Washington Square’s Grocery bread aisle. Rosemary & Thyme Focaccia is my favorite.
New vendors from our Healthy Living department will be at Celebrate, too: King Bio and Aquaflora will have samples of their all natural, homeopathic products. Functional Formularies will be serving samples of Liquid Hope; a vegan, whole foods meal replacement.
