Best Ever Banana Nut Bread Gluten Free
This is a perfect recipe for using those bananas that seem to ripen too quickly during the summer. I toast this bread and make a riff on the classic peanut butter and banana sandwich when I spread it with DLM Organic Creamy Peanut Butter. The bread is very easy and is almost goof-proof to make.

Betty Crocker Gluten-Free Cake Mix
The mix is a great time saver for many of my baked goods. The ‘Best Ever Banana Nut Bread’ is a bigger hit at home than my conventional recipe for banana nut bread. Click on the April 10, 2013 edition of the newsletter for a ‘Hazelnut-Coconut Bundt Cake’ I created from this same mix. In the works at Betty Crocker is an all-purpose gluten-free flour mix as well as a gluten-free sugar cookie mix. Both are expected to be in stores late August.
DLM Asiago Broccoli Soup is now gluten free!
What more could you ask for! Our Kitchen has revised the recipe for this soup and now it is made with cornstarch. Asiago Broccoli Soup is currently in rotation so you should find it in the refrigerated Deli case.
