Cuvée Réserve 2011 Côtes du Rhône
One of the nicest values from the Rhône we’ve seen in a while! Red fruit in abundance, dry, and approachable with a touch of oily herb and supple tannins. It is as good with seafood or grilled meats as it is with pizza. A perfect food wine. $10 saves $6

Touraine Noble Joué 2012 Rosé
Here is a rosé that is sustainably farmed and a delight to drink. Light strawberry and dried cherries, with good acidity; it was once the house wine for King Louis XI. $17

Domaine De Nizas 2008 Coteaux du Languedoc
This Mediterranean blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre has aromas of black and blue berries with herbal and spice notes. It is well-balanced and clean, with soft, ripe tannins and a long finish. $10 saves $15

Raclette
This beefy, full-flavored melting cheese is traditionally served melted over peeled and boiled potatoes for a classic dish of the same name. Pair it with the aforementioned Domaine de Nizas for a complete meal!

Le Papillon Roquefort
Made in the world-famous caves of Roquefort, France, it has outstanding depth of flavor and is firmer than Société. Serve with strong reds or sweet whites and a slice of warm, crusty bread.
