Hacienda La Minita

Certified Boston Stoker Direct Trade, this La Minita Costa Rican coffee offers flavor notes of lemon citrus, chocolate, and sugar cane. Originating from the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica, Hacienda is grown at an elevation of 4,200 to 5,900 feet with a fully washed fermentation of 20-24 hours. This is the first of the seasonal coffees that Boston Stoker is offering for spring and summer in an ongoing attempt to bring our customers the finest and freshest coffee that can be found in the area.



We go to great lengths to be Dayton’s premier gourmet coffee roaster, including roasting our coffee locally in Vandalia and delivering weekly to DLM.
