Dip Into Spring

We’ve got a new slew of dips coming out this spring! Our two new bean dips are perfect with pita chips, crunchy carrots, or celery. The Spicy White Bean Dip is a purée of creamy white beans with Sriracha. Rooster Sauce, a common nickname for Sriracha, is an addicting Asian condiment that really packs a punch! Edamame Dip is a hummus-style dip with pulsed edamame whirled around with red miso paste. Its bright green color and big, bold flavor will quickly become a DLM favorite. If you like jalapeño poppers, you’ve gotta try our new Jalapeño Popper Dip. All of the good stuff that makes that appetizer yummy we’ve put into dip mode! DLM Uncured Bacon, fresh jalapeño peppers, and Cheddar cheese in a cream cheese dip. Go beyond the bag of chips for this one and try it stuffed into a baked chicken breast or served warm with our Bakery’s Bavarian Pretzel Sticks. The new Shrimp Dip is a classic spread perfect with a Ritz cracker! One bite of this dip takes me back to my parents’dinner parties. Made with real bay shrimp and cream cheese, it’s hard to go wrong choosing this one. I like it thickly spread on top of our San Francisco Sourdough Bread with some butter lettuce for lunch. Feta cheese lovers unite! Our Feta Lemon Dip doesn’t mind showing off its strong delicious flavor! We’ve skipped adding cream cheese and made this dip all about feta! We added a little of DLM’s imported olive oil and fresh lemon zest and juice to feta and whipped it into perfection. Sometimes simple is better, and this dip proves that point. I like it drizzled with more olive oil and sprinkled with some pitted Kalamata olives. Grab some pita bread and a glass of wine and you are set! And last but not least, there is our Nutella Dip. Everyone in our test kitchen could not believe how good this dip is! And what’s not to like? Nutella + Greek Yogurt = Delicious! It makes a perfect dip for fresh fruit like strawberries, bananas, and melon, or try it with shortbread cookies or vanilla wafers. Or, do like I do and just grab a spoon!
