Chick Pea Chicks in Hamilton, Ohio

Chickpea Chicks is a dynamic duo producing unique flavors of artisanal hummus in fresh, small batches. These two “chicks,” Jen Eastridge and Kelly Armstrong, are proud to introduce the DLM community to their fun and funky flavors that continue to intrigue and inspire everyone from professional chefs to perpetual snackers. All their blends are gluten free, vegan, and preservative free, which means it has a one week shelf life.

There are five core blends and one seasonal flavor. They’re all great with dippers, such as carrots and pretzels, but check out these ways to cook with Chickpea Chicks Hummus:

• Toss Pumpkin Curry with roasted butternut squash.

• Spread Toasted Sesame on chicken and bake.

• Toss Lemon Zowie with roasted asparagus.

• Add Smokin!’s lingering heat to a taco or burger.

• Try Cincy Style with a grilled cheese or layer in a dip.

• Match Wasabi Green Onion with roast beef or mashed potatoes.
