Take a drive out on New Carlisle Road and nestled adjacent to Silver Lake and 25 acres of protected wetlands you will find the Clark Family Farm.

Keeping the family farm has become a passion for the sisters Mary Ann Layton and Karen Singer-Tinney. With 90 acres of hayfield and grass pasture land, they raise Scottish Highland and Aberdeen Angus cattle on a 100% grass-fed diet during the spring, summer, and fall. In the winter, the cattle eat a mix of fresh winter grass and dried hay.

Antibiotics, hormones, or added steroids are never administered, qualifying this beef to Dorothy Lane Market’s high standards for Local Grass-fed Beef. Taste the difference!

It’s a high-quality protein that’s rich in vitamin A, vitamin E, and micronutrients potassium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, and sodium. Real food that eats real food!
